Would you like to try film photography?

 

    You can apply to be an analog ambassador via a post to your blog.

Just follow these steps...


In your post:

  1. 1.introduce yourself briefly as a photographer

  2. 2.explain why you want to be an analog ambassador

  3. 3.upload a photograph (digital or analog) you have taken

  4. 4.link to www.oldschoolphotolab.com

  5. 5.submit a link to your entry to oldschoolphotolab@gmail.com



Contest deadline is 1 October.


No purchase of lab services or products is necessary to enter.

Five ambassadors will be chosen, four by jury and one by voting.

Voting fot the fifth slot will take place in October at www.believeinfilm.com, where the finalists will be featured.


Some of our ambassadors will receive a Holga 120FN, others will receive an compact 35mm point and shoot. All ambassadors will receive black and white film, color negative film, and slide film (for cross processing).

 
  1. We will provide you with everything you need to learn film photography: an analog camera, several different kinds of film, and free processing and scanning.


  1. In return, the analog ambassadors will blog at least once a month about their experiences shooting film.

Anyone can apply! Whether you’ve only taken camera phone pics, toyed around with a polaroid, or if you shoot with a Mark III.


Some contest winners will receive a similar kit that will include more film and a larger amount of processing credit. No purchase is necessary to enter the contest.
